A Manifesto for Growth, Innovation & Rebirth

The first and primary mission of Token 213 is to fund the movement that will lead to the development of the first fully integrated, all-inclusive homeless camp, specifically designed for current and former Skid Row residents. 

This will not be a place of mere shelter — it will be a sanctuary of transformation.

What This Camp Will Offer:

· Safe, Grouped Living Spaces: Thoughtfully organized by gender, lifestyle, and special needs to ensure safety, dignity, and community.

· Comprehensive Medical Facility: Physical and mental health services including addiction recovery, therapy, and trauma-informed care.

· Career & Job Placement Assistance:  Resumé building, skills training, interview prep, and direct connections to job opportunities.

· Legal Aid & Documentation Services: Helping residents reclaim their identities, fight unjust legal battles, and re-enter society with confidence.

· Educational Programs & Creative Workshops: For the mind, the soul, and the future.

Turning an underutilized corner of LA into a living launchpad for the city’s greatest comeback.

· Residential buildings- Street rows of housing serving professionals, metropolitan families, artists, investors, and city guests.

· Independent shops- Operated by locals who were once scattered across the city or forced to work from home — now have a community where their ideas and motions are seen and encouraged.

· Hotels and Restaurants- Serving visitors and locals, buzzing with culture, daily entertainment, and an overabundance of desirable job opportunities.

· Lush green parks and open spaces- Where music plays, children explore, creators reemerge, and relationships embark new memories.

· Network hubs, Training centers, and Manufacturing- Fostering careers, innovation, and collaborations from the ground up.
